sigh

yes, it's been a while.  I am back down to 207 pounds, have kicked caffeinated coffee almost totally, am, after this last of the gin is gone, not going to get more.  My headaches have lessened quite a bit and my problem with not being able to go has stopped.  I firmly believe that coffee, and my love there of, was causing constipation, it was not fun.  I had bad headaches from the craving of the coffee and not being able to go, double whammy.

I am using the pressure cooker a bit less than normal, but then, I am eating more beef, fried (chuck roast cut into steaks), fried ground turkey with seasonings, sometimes fried chicken and always with a pound of broccoli and cauliflower tossed in, sometimes as a stir fry veg mix, sometimes as a broccoli normandy.  it is good.

Despite my fear of fruit being a bad sugar I am finding I am feeling psychologically better when I eat at least 3 to 5 fruits a day (unprocessed sugars and carbs) along with the one to two pounds of vegetables a day.  I am eating, in the sinful white carb category, no bread any more, except for the occasional treat I do of a home made bisquick mix with frozen fruits thrown in for extra flavor.  I am also tossing in a third a cup of long grain brown rice into a soup stock now and then for variety as well.  I am also going through a lot of onions and celery.  They are great items to fry and use with broccoli and cauliflower.

tomorrow, weather providing (HA! I kill me) I will be cleaning one of the rooms, probably the dishes, picking up the kitchen a bit, and removing the big items from the living room.  Then, if it is as warm and sunny as predicted, I will pack some paint and go on an excursion.  Not sure where, yet, or, really IF...I can't find any paynes grey and I know I have at least two in acrylic paint.  I don't have any black, either, so painting clouds without one of those two will be fun.  I have davy's grey, but, that is usually for sunsets, storm clouds that are yellowish and threatening with the sun in the back.  I feel so naked with out black or payne's grey in acrylic, I know full well I should have some! (wait, just remembered something)....(nope, but I did use the payne's grey recently, so I know I have it in acrylic)

anyway, tomorrow, I start light cleaning (don't scoff)
